Vintage condition & Authenticity
Each item has lived a former life, and this may be reflected in delicate imperfections which adds to the character, drama and unique storytelling.
Therefore, please note, that as all items are vintage, signs of wear should be expected.
It is natural for some items to contain minor flaws, including, but not limited to: marks, tears, snags, piling, stains, discolouration, repairs, alterations, etc.
Great care and attention is taken to account for all imperfections, however, some minor flaws may be accidentally missed (I'm only human!).
Any significant flaws will be highlighted in the description.
Please ensure you read the description before committing to purchase.
I can provide further measurements and photos if requested.
Items are photographed as accurately as possible. Some minor colour discrepancies may occur, particularly if the item is difficult to capture in photo.
All items are authentic to the best of my knowledge.
Fabric composition and care labels
Vintage items do not always have a fabric composition label or a care label.
When the fabric is not known, I may suggest what fabric the item appears to resemble. Please note this may not always be accurate.
In the absence of a care label, please clean with caution. Do a spot check in an inconspicuous area first.
If in doubt, seek professional advice.
Please read the product description carefully before committing to purchase.
After purchase, BMUSE is not responsible for any damage incurred due to improper cleaning and care.
For reference, I’m 5’8” tall and typically wear UK size 8-10, depending on the brand.
Please note that vintage sizes are often smaller than modern sizing.
You can determine your best fit by taking the measurements of a similar garment you already own.
